As an Inventory Control Accounting Staff member, you will be empowered to request essential inventory data and supporting documentation from various departments. You will be responsible for conducting regular stock checks, reconciling physical counts with system records, and identifying any discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Request and collect inventory data and all necessary supporting documents from the warehouse and related departments.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure system accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical stock and accounting records.
- Prepare and present accurate inventory reports, including valuation and movement analysis.
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in the monthly closing process related to inventory accounting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Staff, Inventory Controller, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and standard accounting practices.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively request data and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
