In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory accounting systems, ensuring accurate valuation, and supporting our financial reporting processes. You'll work closely with our warehouse team to reconcile physical counts with system records, investigate discrepancies, and implement best practices for inventory control.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile inventory records with physical counts in our FMCG warehouse
- Process inventory-related transactions including stock receipts, issues, and adjustments
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory counts
- Analyze inventory variances and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare inventory valuation reports and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory control procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory accounting records in our ERP system
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to inventory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory accounting or warehouse accounting
- Familiarity with FMCG inventory management systems and processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and inventory valuation methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
