Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, verify, and issue accurate sales invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable, ensuring all payments are recorded correctly.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients regarding overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries regarding invoices.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical financial records.
- Prepare daily or weekly collection reports for management review.
- Assist in general bookkeeping tasks and provide support during month-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or collections roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting software is a distinct advantage.
