Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits
- Support in cost accounting for manufacturing processes
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is a plus
