Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice verification and aging reports.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure general ledger integrity.
- Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other statutory tax requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of extensive experience in general accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift and hybrid work environment.
- Professional integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data.
