Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in compliance with company policies
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and budget variance analysis
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Manage fixed asset register and depreciation calculations
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and cost control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
