Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and timely vendor payments
- Process employee reimbursements and operational disbursements with strict adherence to company policies
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities including account reconciliation
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents ensuring compliance with BIR requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and Excel-based systems
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Collaborate with procurement and HR departments to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax) and accounting standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a project-based work environment
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proactive problem-solving approach with minimal supervision
