Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and regulatory reports
- Process and reconcile trade finance transactions for import/export operations
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget preparation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams on financial documentation
- Support audits and maintain organized financial archives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in trading/manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Japanese language proficiency is advantageous
