Join Central Asia Insurance as an Accounting (Subsidiaries Control) professional and become an integral part of our financial operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing daily transaction journals, processing checks, verifying document completeness, preparing and filing tax returns (SPT), and conducting financial analysis and reporting. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our subsidiary financial records.
We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong understanding of financial controls and subsidiary management. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance or financial services, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. - Manage and record daily transaction journals with accuracy and timeliness
- Process checks and manage banking transactions efficiently
- Verify completeness and accuracy of financial documentation
- Prepare and file annual tax returns (SPT) in compliance with regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare comprehensive financial reports
- Monitor and control subsidiary financial operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Experience with subsidiary accounting and financial controls
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and SPT filing
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
