Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
- Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage and develop the accounting team through coaching and mentorship
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
- Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- CPA license is preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
