Jade Solutions and Management Services is seeking a motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax filings in compliance with Philippine accounting standards.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants and accounting clerks.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for audits and compliance.
- Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and oral).
