Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, BIR requirements, and statutory reporting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws (TRAIN Law), and financial regulations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced import/export business environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
