As an Accounting Supervisor, you will lead our accounting staff, overseeing the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, managing tax filings, and ensuring that our financial data is integrity-rich. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and mentor accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, government filings, and internal company policies.
- Monitor general ledger activities and perform account reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during tax and financial audits.
- Develop and implement improvements to accounting workflows and reporting processes.
- Support management in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws (BIR requirements), and financial reporting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and developing accounting staff.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
