Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-spectrum accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the junior accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company financial policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL, or MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
