Primepower Manpower Services, a leading staffing solutions provider, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Makati City. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and leading a team of accounting professionals. You will work closely with senior management to support strategic financial decisions and implement best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficient daily operations
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal company policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit processes
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
