Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on complex transactions
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial statement audits
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Experience in team management and process optimization
- High attention to detail with ability to work under tight deadlines
