As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will oversee a team of accounting professionals, maintain financial integrity, and support strategic decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), tax regulations (BIR), and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and optimize working capital.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- CPA certification is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, SEC requirements, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
