As the Accounting Supervisor, you will provide critical oversight of our Accounts Payable and Revenue/Billing departments, ensuring that financial statements are prepared with precision and submitted in accordance with statutory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable and Revenue/Billing workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with local tax authorities, government regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Manage the generation of comprehensive financial reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team to foster professional development.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, and perform detailed general ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth tax and audit processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
