Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian
