Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger management and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Implement cash flow optimization strategies to maintain liquidity and support business operations
- Develop and enforce credit control policies to minimize bad debt risks and improve collection efficiency
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth and team performance
- Coordinate with internal departments for budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct internal audits and reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial examinations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and credit control systems
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Leadership experience in team management and performance development
