- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, focusing on either Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of all financial data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff to foster professional growth and ensure high performance.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist in the budget preparation and forecasting process to support company financial planning.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in AP or AR.
- Proven experience in supervising a team and managing accounting operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Tax Laws and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a significant advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
