Tanggung Jawab
- <ul><li>Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.</li><li>Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).</li><li>Coordinate and support month-end and year-end closing procedures.</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and statutory requirements.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analyze variances.</li><li>Participate in internal and external audit preparations, providing necessary documentation and explanations.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a significant advantage.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.</li><li>Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul>
