EPP Fire Safety and Rescue Products Co. is a trusted leader in providing top-tier fire safety and rescue products across the Philippines. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Makati City.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial activities. You will play a key part in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, while mentoring the accounting staff to achieve departmental goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and guide the accounting team in day-to-day operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements, and handle tax filings.
- Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
