Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations and manage a team of accounting staff
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for subsidiary companies
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits, tax filings, and financial reviews
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedural improvements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license preferred with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
- Experience in multinational company accounting practices
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
