This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
As the Accounting Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact for all accounting operations within your scope. You will lead and manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including the full cycle of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Your core focus will be on inventory management, specifically conducting thorough physical stock opname calculations and substantiating all supporting documents for inventory data and movement. You will oversee the entire costing cycle, from raw material procurement to finished goods, and take charge of determining the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM). Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK).
In this role, you will not only supervise a team of junior accountants but also work closely with the Supply Chain and Operations departments to align financial strategies with production goals. You will prepare comprehensive monthly reports for management, assist in budget preparation, and support the annual audit process. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Lead the stock opname (physical inventory count) process, ensuring accurate calculation and reconciliation.
- Verify and validate supporting documents for all inventory data and mutations (incoming and outgoing).
- Manage the full costing process, including the analysis of raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Determine and compute the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) accurately.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23/26) and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal audit teams during audit periods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1 Akuntansi) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG company.
- Strong knowledge of costing principles, inventory management, and COGM calculation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or equivalent ERP system).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, financial modeling).
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK/IFRS standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
