Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise billing processes and monitor cash flow to ensure alignment with company budgets.
- Maintain compliance with BIR regulations, tax requirements, and local financial legislation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline office operations and support financial workflows.
- Conduct regular internal audits and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and provide analytical insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not strictly required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory accounting role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards, and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a small team.
- High level of integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
