Dwidaya World Wide, a leading travel and tour company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants, managing the preparation of financial reports, coordinating month-end and year-end closings, and ensuring timely tax filings. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax compliance.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations including PPh, PPN, and others.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
