As our Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the accounting function, providing leadership to the team while ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate, compliant, and delivered in a timely manner. You will play a key role in developing procedures that streamline our accounting and delivery workflows, contributing directly to the operational excellence of our organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal accounting procedures and financial controls to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise the daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant standards.
- Oversee delivery and logistics accounting processes to ensure alignment with financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff to ensure a high-performing department.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to management for improved decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
