As our Accounting Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing the full accounting cycle. Your expertise will cover everything from supervising accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, conducting precise bank reconciliations, to navigating tax compliance and orchestrating comprehensive month-end and year-end closing procedures. You will also play a key role in developing insightful budget forecasts and maintaining meticulous financial data records, leveraging essential tools such as SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting principles.
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations, maintain accurate general ledger entries, and ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare and file statutory reports, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., VAT, withholding tax).
- Manage and execute month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Develop, monitor, and report on budget forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for effective financial planning.
- Maintain comprehensive financial data records and enhance reporting capabilities using SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a closely related financial field.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Solid understanding of Philippine accounting standards, GAAP, and local tax laws.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet stringent deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
