Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of junior accounting staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with PFRS/PAS and company guidelines.
- Review and approve journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and providing explanations.
- Coordinate and support external and internal audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, government mandates, and corporate policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounting department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related financial field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) / Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
