We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring that financial reporting is accurate and statutory compliance is maintained in line with local regulations. You will play a pivotal role in the financial health of the organization, leading a team of accountants and streamlining financial processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, managing month-end close processes, and ensuring that all accounting policies and procedures are strictly followed. We are looking for a proactive leader who can identify areas for process improvement and provide strategic insights to support the company's growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain strict compliance with local tax laws, BIR regulations, and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team to ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct regular internal audits and reconcile bank accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience in statutory compliance, financial reporting, and tax filing in the Philippines.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ethical standards and accuracy.
