Cleanfuel, one of the fastest-growing fuel retail chains in the Philippines, is looking for a highly motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our expanding corporate finance team in Pasig City.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining financial integrity, supervising daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will lead a dedicated team to streamline month-end closing processes and provide the management team with accurate financial insights that drive strategic business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and streamline daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timely output.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS standards.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all reconciliations are completed accurately.
- Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary schedules and documentation.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and current tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
