Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of junior accountants to ensure high standards of work and professional development.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Malaysian standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and local financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, manage payroll processing, and maintain effective cash flow management.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audits and filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
