Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the daily accounting operations and financial reporting functions.
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy.
- Manage bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and identify areas for process improvement.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
