Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor accounting team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and management accounts
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures to mitigate financial risks
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Lead budget preparation and financial forecasting initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in retail or consumer goods industry preferred
