Join Ofero's dynamic finance team as an Accounting Supervisor and take the lead in driving our financial excellence. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of accounting operations to ensure fiscal integrity and compliance. You'll lead a dedicated team in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll champion best practices in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory adherence while mentoring junior staff to develop their expertise. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management systems
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual financial audits
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses for decision-making support
- Optimize accounting workflows and improve efficiency through automation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
