Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Manage tax reporting (PPh, PPN) and ensure full compliance with Indonesian taxation laws.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and finance team members.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee budget management to optimize operational costs.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during periodic financial audits.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data integrity and security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with a focus on team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
