Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax laws, company policies, and internal control procedures.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify financial data accuracy.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
