- Supervise accounts payable team to ensure efficient invoice processing and payment cycles
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls for financial transactions
- Oversee vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
- Coordinate with procurement and treasury departments for cash flow optimization
- Train and develop team members in accounting best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with supervisory background
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Experience in accounts payable and vendor management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
