Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Lead and develop accounting staff through performance management and training
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews and compliance checks
- Develop departmental budgets and monitor financial performance against targets
- Collaborate with management on strategic financial planning and cost control initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (PSAK, tax laws)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership ability in managing accounting teams
- Experience in environmental services or manufacturing industry preferred
- Advanced English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
