Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring optimal performance and professional development
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/quarter-end closing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/Philippine GAAP) and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and management dashboards
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Manage financial processes including payroll, tax filings, and audit preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, auditing standards, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities in team management and process optimization
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
