PT Tri Anugerah Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our expanding team in Yogyakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage tax reporting, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings, ensuring 100% compliance.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily data entry and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end closing processes.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent discrepancies.
- Analyze financial performance reports and provide recommendations to management for cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and local tax regulations (UU Perpajakan).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and intermediate English proficiency.
