Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Manage tax filings (BIR) and ensure all local statutory requirements are met.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
