Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Lead and develop accounting staff through training, performance management, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Manage financial reporting processes including budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations and financial policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership abilities in team development and process improvement
- Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
