Are you a dedicated finance professional looking to advance your career in a leadership role? We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join the team at Pengiklan Anonim. Based in Cikarang, this is a pivotal position where you will oversee the company's financial reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance. You will ensure that all financial records maintain the highest integrity in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
In this role, you will go beyond number crunching by leading internal audits and coaching a team of accounting professionals. You will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring that the finance department operates efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP/IFRS accounting standards and local tax regulations.
- Lead internal audits and ensure effective internal controls are in place.
- Mentor, train, and coach accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with external auditors during year-end audits.
- Manage tax compliance and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and GAAP/IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Certification as an Akuntan Publik (CPA) is a plus.
