As an Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the timely processing of payments, manage the annual physical inventory and fixed asset counts, and drive quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
- Lead and coordinate the annual physical inventory and fixed asset verification count across all company locations.
- Facilitate the preparation of the quarterly financial forecast and the annual corporate budget.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and historical performance to identify variances.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal control standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the junior accounting staff, fostering professional development.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in fixed asset management, inventory controls, and corporate budgeting.
- Proficiency in major ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
