Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily operations of the accounting team (5+ members)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accuracy and compliance
- Perform general ledger reconciliements and variance analysis
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure adherence to Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Mentor team members through training and performance development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license is required
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in hospitality sector
- 1+ years in supervisory/management role
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Tax Code and BIR regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
