Acekid Indonesia, a distinguished sister brand of the renowned Makuku (PT. Lucky Mom Indonesia), is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and operational excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supervising the junior finance staff. You will play a critical part in the strategic financial planning of the company, managing budgets, and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, final income tax, and corporate tax filings.
- Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar professional certification is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
