As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing our daily financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our financial data, and providing leadership to our accounting staff. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, streamlining reporting processes, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations and internal policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial tasks.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, local tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and handle treasury functions as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
