Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports for management review
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Develop and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing financial insights to support decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data handling
